‘SHE WHO IS THE LOVING MOTHER OF ALL DEVOTEES’
She, who is the Goddess of time and change, is believed to be timeless and formless.
She has fierce love for Her devotees, who are sincere and pious in their Sadhana for Her.
Her love for Her Sadhaka, will help him evolve into the highest manifestation of his perceive able birth.
She will also bring pain and suffering, to help the Sadhaka face the ever changing and mortal nature of everything that exists in the world, as he burns Karma.
She will create the dispassion needed to move further and will destroy the attachments to the body.
She wants nothing for Her Bhakta, but that he/she realises their power and wisdom. She nurtures in ways that are fierce, painful and fast, but which will nurture the Sadhaka’s Jiva.
She is Maa, who holds the Highest Good for Her child.
Hence the name, Bhaktavatsala.
