In MahaYana Buddhism, NIMNA means Pointing towards Dharma, one may also infer It means the mother who always points to Dharma. The Nabih being how the mother nurtures the unborn baby(sadhaka).
Kali can only be understood by going deeply into various languages and traditions. She is not a ‘regional deity’ but the PARA SANATANI, meaning all encompassing pure consciousness.
