The One who is established in the Consciousness of the Bhakta.
The One who is within One’s Chita.
It is said that in the quest of Kalika, one must stabilise his Asan and seek to sit down in Tapas, for as long as possible because she rises from within.
This is why the Bhairav Adhara is mandatory and the more closer you go to Bhairav Tatva, the higher is your ability to retain and allow Kaalika to rise within you because she is stabilised within the consciousness
Hence the name, CHITAHSTHITA
