The One who is the Gross Body.
She is the embodiment of the gross body, She is the Sakthi that is resides within the sthula.
She encompasses, the five elements Earth, Water, Fire Air and Ather and the body’s ability to contain these in harmony.
When the Prana goes higher in the body by sadhana or tapasya, she grants the ability to the Sadhaka to retain it.
Hence the name, Sthula.
