The One who is the embodiment of Maa Tara.
The ever kind Mother Goddess, Maa Kalika by her own kindness upon her devotees projects in more ‘palatable’ forms which doesn’t scare the devotees, which is usually the case when they see her in her glorious forms like the Digambar Roopam, in the form of Kaalika.
Hence she projects herself in more more Soumya forms like, Maa NilaSaraswati, who may be propiated in the tantric means, as Maa Tara, also a form of Maa Kali.
Hence the name, Nila Saraswati.
