The One Who is the Guru of MahaVidhyas.
All knowledge in all forms is contained in Her. With the passing of each yuga and according to its nature, She is that force of knowledge that is revealed to those who can tune into Her and who aim at going beyond the dual nature of life.
Her ten forms of Das Mahavidya, signify knowledge and wisdom through their distinct forms and rituals:
1. Kali – The Guru.
2. Tara – the knowledge of compassion and liberation.
3. Tripura Sundari – the beauty and bliss of the ultimate truth.
4. Bhuvaneshwari – the knowledge of space and creation.
5. Bhairavi – fierce wisdom that destroys ignorance.
6. Chinnamasta – the self-sacrificing knowledge of ego-dissolution.
7. Dhumavati – the wisdom of loss and emptiness.
8. Bagalamukhi – the power of stilling and controlling.
9. Matangi – the wisdom of inner harmony and creativity.
10. Kamala – the knowledge of prosperity and material success.
All these forms contained within Maa Aadya, are the eternal, universal truths through which a Sadhaka can approach Her.
