The One who has the universe as Her mind.

The One who is that potent source, from which all minds generate.
She is the prime Goddess of wisdom which goes beyond the boundaries of knowledge.
She is who bestows the seeker with a mind that will turn inwards from the world outside, when he is exhausted with the Maya of the world.
Hence the name, Atimatta.
