The One who wields the most powerful PINAKA in her hand.
The One who can wield all divine weapons of MahaDeva Shiva.
The One who empowers the weaponary boons of MahaDeva.
Here we go back to history, when Bhagwan Parashurama, who after a fierce battle with Mahadeva, proving his prowness. Pleased Mahadeva accepts Bhagwan Parashurama as his Sishya and teaches him the weaponry of the Deva Loka. He also grants him his weaponry.
In the Dharma fueled rage as Parashurama charges the Kaali Bhakta Ishvaku King Suchandra, Bhagwan Parashurama realises his divine weapons are futile against the King.
There in he is granted the lesson, that every Weaponry boon of Mahadeva has to be empowered by Sakthi, hence why Kaalika in her 10 handed imagery is represented with All the Weaponry of Deva Loka.
Hence the name, PINONNATASTANI.
